Leuven’s 2023 City Festival is a KU[N]ST Leuven event in partnership with the city of Leuven and KU Leuven. Its core mission is to set up large-scale cultural projects around a specific theme in cooperation with partners from the cultural and heritage sector and the scientific and tourism field.
